Me as a woman feels that women are very emotional beings. Most of the men are not able to understand us or should I say try to understand us? They are not able to have the knowledge behind these strong emotions and sometimes try to detach themselves from it. Women can become so overcome with emotion that they are unable to control their actions. So, why are women so emotional especially me (most of the time)?
It's the hormones!
Around certain times of the month (that 7 days), women can become almost a totally different person (I do). Some women become depressed while others become downright angry and gets enraged easily. Crying for no reason is especially common during this time (I do). I can just cry at any point in time. May it be while queuing up at the cashier to watching comedy or when no one bothers to give me attention? I can cry if Andy replies me in a loud tone or if he is not agreeable to anything that I say. Teenage girls are emotional due to puberty and the general change going on in their bodies. Women who are in the menopausal stage are even more emotional. They experience feelings such as fuzzy thinking, anxiety, depression, and intense mood swings. No! I am not in menopause stage yet! I guess the stress level at work does play a part too. Maybe I am just too lethargic and obviously I am tired. Naturally, I will get cranky! I get angry at every little thing (At Andy)!

I get angry if:
1. He didn’t message me when he is home
2. He is not talking to me
3. He is not listening to me
4. He is not agreeable to anything that I say
4. He is late
5. He is not paying full attention on me
6. He talks about things/ people that I totally hate
7. He misinterpret what I mean
8. He doesn’t admit that it is his fault even if I started the fight. (How mean!!!!)
The main idea is I need all the attention from him during this time when I am emotional. It sucks big time when we have to quarrel over small issues. I will totally ignore him but at the same time I just want him to keep on pacifying me and console me. I just need him around me. Period!
I asked my friend, Dilla on why do I get angry so easily with Andy when I am Pmsing? Her reply was “It is because he pampers you a lot and you just want his attention”. True enough but I just have to control my emotions. As far as I know, everyone has their own limits to patience. Will he walk away then? (Boo hoo!) If he does, it simply means that he does not understand what I am going through and how depress I am to go through it every month…Why why why ?
