Thoughtful, personal details are appreciated. There are thousands of ideas that can be incorporated to make your wedding unique, special and exclusive. With that little bit of creativity, you can have fun personalizing your wedding with your love ones. It doesn’t have to be a big chunk out of your budget. Just something simple and different! That the key point!
Below are some examples of inspired ideas that you can adapt:
Invitation:
Instead of envelopes, you may attached your invitation to a mini bottles of balloons, photographs or little handmade keepsakes to create the start off of the excitement you may want your guest to feel.
Guest Registration:
Instead of a book, you may use a tree where guests may hang little cards filled with love and wishes.
Picture message: (This is one of my favorite)
Place a Polaroid camera and guest book at the reception table. Ask guest to take a picture of them and stick it on the book with a written message. How cool! Decent pictures please guys!
Alternative Photographer (Idea by Andy)
Place a disposable camera around the reception with a tag saying “Snap me, Flash me but please don’t take me home”. The guest will have a good time snapping away priceless candid moments and wonderful memories of the people who have celebrated the event. Maybe a photography competition? First prize: Honeymoon trip with Andy and Idah ~ At your own expenses!
Video Messages:
Get the photographer to film each guest to give their thoughts and advice on a happy and everlasting marriage.
Value Added Service:
Instead of having the ice-cream stall, why not indulge in the mouth-watering Chocolate Fondue fountain? How fascinating can it be? Awed your guest in amazement, as they skipped their way to the Fondue corner for that chocolaty savor for dessert! Yummy! Or maybe a Cotton Candy stall? Heheheheh ~ Andy will think that I am crazy!
P.S: So have you thought of any yet? Be creative! It just keeps the mood going! Or how about a mass dancing competition? Woo Hoo!
