The Exit Interview

For it wasn’t something that I have looked forward to but I would still have to face it before handing over my duties and company’s belonging. The feeling is uncomfortable when you are constantly being “interrogated” on why you wish to leave the company. What else could I say? For the obvious reasons that I wish to do something new and utilize my skills and qualification.

By being stagnant in my current position, I am not giving a chance for others to try out my work scope and the truth is I just want to learn something else. By the end of the interview, it left me with a broken heart as I will be leaving my comfort zones and most importantly my close friends in the company.

I wish myself the very best for my future endeavours as I start to count down to the days....Tell me should I fell sad or happy about it?
